Tubular King® supplies API 5CT casing and tubing with the following specifications:

Premium Connections

Our premium connections are designed to replace popular models such as VAM TOP, NEW VAM, HYDRIL CS, TPCQ (TPCO), and HSM-1/HSM-2 (Hengyang Valin Connections), providing superior sealing performance, durability, and reliability under demanding conditions.

Casing Pipe

The casing pipe is a large-diameter, round steel pipe inserted into the oil well and cemented in place to protect the wellbore and surrounding formations. It plays a crucial role in withstanding external pressures such as collapse, burst, tension, and corrosion.

API 5CT casing pipes are used to support well walls during drilling and production, ensuring the structural integrity of the well. Depending on drilling depth and geological conditions, multiple layers of casing are installed — including surface casing, intermediate casing, and production casing.
Since casing pipes are cemented and non-reusable, they account for more than 70% of total well pipe consumption.

OCTG Tubing Pipe

The OCTG tubing pipe runs inside the casing and serves as the conduit through which oil and gas are brought to the surface. Typically manufactured in 30 ft (9 m) segments with threaded connections at both ends, tubing is used to transport crude oil or natural gas from the producing zone to the processing facilities once drilling is completed.

Tubing is a vital component of the production system and must provide excellent pressure containment, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength to ensure continuous, safe operation.

Casing and Tubing Couplings
